SCIC ACTIONS

The SCIC (General Interest Cooperative Company) is a new form of cooperative company:

- Respects cooperative rules: decision power distribution on the 1 person = 1 vote basis, involvement of each partner in company life and management decisions…

- Commercial company responding to every criterion for innovation and management.

- Obeys a local and sustainable development logic, favors local action.

- Offers a collective interest and a social benefit, through, among others, non-profit vocation.
