Renamed the "A", a major challenge was entrusted to chef David Cochereau and his team in the estaurant in three star Les Aiglons Resort & Spa which has been given a new lease of life in the last few months.

Simple and inventive cooking, a love of local flavours, for a delicious lunch or dinner with Mont-Blanc for a backdrop: a genuinely outstanding treat for your eyes and taste buds!

The “A” also features a Lounge Bar caringly decorated in contemporary mode: deep, ultra-comfortable sofas, fireplace with wood burner, innovative cocktails and tapas, and stunning views of Mont-Blanc and the outdoor swimming pool. This is the ideal opportunity to discover the joys of new-style sweet and savoury snacks (huge chunks of bread with a variety of spreads, home-made soup, mini fondues and mini tartiflettes – local pizza-style dishes – tapas...).
